Habitare 2025 – Kajo at the Heart of Our Stand

This year at Habitare, our stand was built around Kajo, our new lamp crafted from Outokumpu Circle Green® near-zero stainless steel. Kajo became a modern-day campfire — a gentle, glowing centerpiece that invited visitors to gather, explore, and reflect. Surrounding it were our chairs spanning decades of design: Pesä (2025), Toro (2024), Kila (2006) and Lanka (1999).

The stand’s atmosphere echoed the meaning of Kajo (“the first light”): an intentionally dark space punctuated by subtle beams, like dawn breaking within a cave.

In line with our commitment to sustainability, the entire stand was built using materials that will continue their lifecycle at future fairs and events.
